Motics uses plans and credits. Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans include more credits each month. Some paid plans also include more agents.
How does Motics pricing work?
Every new account starts on the Free plan. The Free plan costs £0 and needs no card.
Paid plans have a monthly price and a number of credits each month.
The Team and Scale plans are for clinics with more than one clinician.
You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs less per month.
To see the plans and prices, open Settings, then select Billing.
Note: Some organisations have custom terms. Contact us in the chat for questions about your plan.
Is there a free trial?
No. New accounts start on the Free plan. You can stay on the Free plan, or upgrade at any time.
Which plan do I need for each agent?
Scribe Agent and Chat Agent are on the Free plan and on all paid plans.
Phone Agent needs the Team plan or higher. Only owners and admins can use it.
Motics turns on Audit Agent for each account. Contact us in the chat to get access.
What are credits?
Credits are units for AI work in Motics. Depending on your plan, Motics uses credits for these actions:
Transcription.
Summary generation.
Summary regeneration.
Playground summaries.
Chat Agent messages.
Audit Agent runs.
Phone Agent sessions.
Where do I see my credits?
Open Settings, then select Usage Credits.
Note: The Usage Credits page shows only for accounts on credit-based billing.
Owners, co-owners and admins see the organisation's credits and the member limits. Members see their own credits.
What happens when credits run out?
Motics checks your credits before an action starts. If there are not enough credits, Motics stops the action. To continue, buy extra credits, or ask your organisation owner or admin for more credits.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. Motics uses them only after your monthly credits run out. They carry over between billing periods.
Who can buy more credits?
Owners, co-owners and admins can buy extra credits for the organisation. If you are on your own account, you can buy credits for it. You must be on a paid plan. You cannot buy extra credits on the Free plan.
